All Our Pizzas Are Approximately 12 Inches

FOR ORGANIC PIZZAS ONLY YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF THIN OR THICK CRUST & BASE

For a THIN crust & base Cook the pizza straight from the fridge.
For a THICK crust & base leave the pizza out of the fridge for 4 to 5 hours before cooking.

 

UNWRAPPING OUR PIZZAS

Most of our pizzas have 2 food safe clear bags containing grated cheese which is attached to the front of the pizza, some will also have a spinach bag remove these from the pizza and put to one side. The pizza is shrink wrapped this needs to be REMOVED before cooking.

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL OF OUR PIZZAS

Preheat the oven to 230*c or gas mark 8 do not exceed this temperature. Ensure the plastic shrink wrap is removed, the pizza MUST remain on the pizza plate provided, this should NOT be removed before cooking it is oven safe. We advise our pizzas remain on the plate as the dough is completely fresh and has not been par baked, the pizza is also fully loaded. Place the pizza in the preheated oven. Baking times do vary from oven to oven our cooking times are as follows 230*c or gas mark 8 for 18-25 minutes. Sprinkle the grated cheese you put to one side on the pizza for the last 5 minutes of cooking. If you have a spinach bag, please add the spinach to the pizza approximately 1 minute just before the end of cooking.
